Tracy Hester serves as the Client Executive Director for Access Health Services, LLC.  She is responsible for leading the creation of the medical provider network for Empower Healthcare Solutions, who is the largest of the 3 Provider-Led Arkansas Shared Savings Entity’s (PASSE), created by the Arkansas Department of Health Services (DHS).  She also oversees and manages provider/payor relations, contracting and credentialing.

Prior to this, Ms. Hester served as an experienced professional with over 20 years serving the healthcare industry, 15 of these years in Human Resources for a national healthcare organization.  She also served as Director of one of the largest PHO’s in Northwest Arkansas and the River Valley, overseeing provider/payor relations for 7 CHS hospitals, their employed providers and independent providers throughout the communities.
